Registration

The NC Potters Conference begins at the Thompson Arts & Event Hall at Historic Luck’s Cannery on Thursday, March 6, 2025, with Registration Check-In starting at Noon and runs through 5:30 PM on Saturday, March 8. Check out the Schedule for more details.

Prior year conference attendees, please note that we modified the schedule a bit in recent years. Thursday evening is a "real" evening with a Catered Dinner, a Conference Welcome, and an Opening Speaker. The Conference will conclude late Saturday afternoon after the Presenters & Attendees Show/Sale.

Full Conference Registration includes access to the entire event and an invitation to participate in the Conference Attendee Pottery Show/Sale.

Unlike many conferences, the NC Potters Conference Full Conference Registration does include most meals. A continental breakfast is provided Friday, and Saturday. Boxed Lunches (variety of sandwiches along with chips, small salad, and cookie) are provided on Friday and Saturday. Dinner is provided on Thursday & Friday evening. We will only be able to offer non-vegetarian and vegetarian food options.

PLEASE NOTE: The Continental Breakfast is just that, a Continental Breakfast, not a full American-style breakfast. So, there will be wonderful local-made pastries, yogurt, granola, and fruit, plus milk and juice, in addition to coffee, tea, and water.

PLEASE NOTE: Coffee service will only provided until 11:30 AM Friday and Saturday morning. There is a nearby coffee shop where you may wish to stock up on Friday and Saturday during lunch and prior to the afternoon demos.

Registration Check-In will be inside the Thompson Arts & Event Hall at Historic Luck’s Cannery. (See the Travel & Lodging page.)
